  • 2-3 cups berries* – fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds*
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup ice - to make extra cold

Method

Very Berry Digestive Detox Smoothie

 

BLEND all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If your machine is single-serve, blend in batches.  

 

TASTE and adjust the texture by adding more water if too thick.

BOTANICAL BOOST ADDS = plant-based protein powder, açai berry powder, marshmallow root powder, lucuma, maca (gelatinised is easier to digest). 

 

SWAP raspberries for blueberries, strawberries or mix them.

 

SWEETNESS if you need to add some honey, maple syrup whatever you like
