Turkish Brunch

with Orange & Basil Infused Water

I spent quite a lot of time in Turkey over the years; I have always loved this brunch style platter served with pita bread.  I added avocado because I love them for breakfast, radishes too!

 

The Orange & Basil Herbal water is a lovely and refreshing sip.  The first time I visited Turkey, I stayed at a backpackers style hostel, and oranges were in abundance and served with everything – I learned a lot that trip, notably oranges, feta and olives are a great flavour combo!

 

This brunch is perfect for sharing lovely in-season tomatoes.  Serve with fresh or toasted pita bread, flatbread, sourdough bread or our gluten-free Body Balance Bread toasted.
