  • 4 cups cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese* - ciliegine | baby
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar - balsamic | white
  • 2 pinches sea salt flakes
  • 1 radish - finely sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves


Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Salad


SLICE cherry tomatoes in half and some in quarters.  THINLY slice radishes.




PLATE ARTFULLY arranging tomatoes & mozzarella + sliced radishes. sprinkle with vinegar, salt & olive oil.


SCATTER with fresh basil leaves. SERVE soon after assembling. SERVE with Basil Pesto or balsamic vinegar if you like.


SERVE with fresh bread, olives alongside a charcuterie board, or other salads for an authentic Italian meal.

MOZZARELLA de Buffalo is the best. Buffalo mozzarella is a mozzarella made from the milk of Italian Mediterranean buffalo.


RADISH you can skip them or use anything from a classic red or white radish to purple daikon or pink watermelon radish.


SWAP BASIL use chives, parsley, mint, nasturtium flowers,  oregano. 


SWAP Mozzarella for Burrata, feta cheese, goats cheese.
