  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3-4 cups water | milk
  • 2 tbsp chia or superseed mix
  • 1 scoop protein powder*


  • 1 tbsp Berry Powder
  • 1 orange
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach or kale leaves
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds & flaxseeds
  • Mixed Berries


Superpower Berry Smoothie 


ADD all ingredients into a blender jug and blend until smooth.   Super Seed Mix or seeds


TASTE if you need sweetness, add an orange or a little honey or maple.  If too thick, ADD WATER or milk.


STORE extra in the fridge and drink within 24 hours.  You may need to reblend as it will separate.


Tips + Suggestions

FROZEN BERRIES can be much cheaper and more sustainable with alot less packaging than fresh berries. Frozen berries retain all their nutrients as they are picked at optimum freshness and quickly frozen.


*PROTEIN POWDER – Use what you like. I use a neutral flavoured plant protein with NO added sweeteners or fake sugars and flavours.
