My work highlight of the year is cooking in Maine for one of my fabulous clients. I shop the Portland farmers markets, local farms and seafood stores to get the tastiest, juiciest local produce and cook it for people who truly love and appreciate great food ~ such delicious fun, I love it!
Every year I make this lobster salad – it never gets old – it’s healthy, light, fresh and fabulous with a great balance of textures if you love lobster!
I buy locally cooked and picked lobster meat from the fishermen, or I cooked lobsters, and I pick the meat from the shells myself.
