A chef highlight each year for me is cooking for one of my favourite clients and extended family in Kennebunkport. I shop at the Portland farmers markets and get the best local in-season fruits and vegetables, and then at Langsford Road Lobster & Fish House in Cape Porpoise for the sweetest lobster from the nicest people with the best view. It’s a joy to shop from the best local purveyors and then cook it all for people who genuinely love and appreciate great food ~ such delicious fun; I love it and am grateful for it all.
