Spiced Salted Almond Cookies

with Almond Flour + Pumpkin Seeds

Spicy, nutty, chewy and warming with a kiss of maple and a sprinkle of sea salt ~ all good things and ready in 20 minutes!


*You can DIY your almond flour in a blender using blanched almonds.  OR make an almond meal using whole almonds with the skin on. Grind both as fine as possible – watch to make sure you do not blend so much that the flour begins to get sticky and starts to become almond butter.
