Spiced Beef and Mushroom Larb

A simple spin-off of a traditional Thai larb made with pan-seared soy-glazed mushrooms, ground beef and herbs. This dish is full of great textures and sweet, spicy, salty and umami flavours; perfect served over a simple bowl of rice, noodles or a Cabbage & Bok Choy Salad. Mushrooms like Shitake or Maitake are considered medicinal mushrooms due to their many health benefits.
