Smoky Grilled Sweet Potatoes
HEAT your grill | BBQ. OR Roast in a pre-heat oven 400F | 200C
MIX olive oil + all spices + salt & pepper together in a bowl big enough to mix with sliced sweet potato
ADD sliced sweet potato rounds to spice bowl; mix well to coat evenly.
SPREAD out in a single layer on the grill | BBQ OR a parchment paper-lined sheet pan or baking dish.
GRILL 4-5 mins each side – so it browns evenly, and sweet potatoes are golden & tender.
