PREHEAT OVEN 375 F | 190C.
CERAMIC or glass baking dish – rub sides lightly with oil using your fingertips.
PLACE cherry tomatoes cut-side-up, tuck garlic cloves around. DRIZZLE with olive oil + salt.
ROAST 40 – 50 mins until soft, juicy and golden in places. SERVE warm or at room temperature.
