Roasted Red Pepper Crouton Salad w/ Gochujang Tahini

A fabulous fusion salad if ever there was one – this hits all the great textures and flavour notes; I could eat this salad everyday!


I make my croutons using my Body Balance Bread or Quinoa Millet Bread for a nutrient-dense gluten-free meal; use whatever bread you have or swap croutons for sweet potato, potato, zucchini or cauliflower if you prefer.
