Real Strawberry Yoghurt

How to make your own real strawberry yoghurt!  Those little tubs of yoghurts you buy are mostly full of sugar + additives; they are more expensive & not very eco-friendly, using lots of small single-use plastic containers.

Buy large tubs of plain yoghurt, dairy or plant-based, and blend yourself with fresh or frozen strawberries.
You can add honey, vanilla, or coconut or stir in chocolate chips if you are going to get crazy… whatever you do home blended will taste better and be better for you and your people.
