Probiotic Super Seed Cereal
MIX the super seed mix with kefir OR yoghurt + 2-4 tbsp milk | water in a bowl or glass and let stand for 5 mins.
IT WILL THICKEN as the seeds absorb moisture and become gelatinous, which is the goal as this aids your systems digestion and natural detoxification when you eat it!
STIR to mix well and IF it is to thick for your liking add a little more kefir, yoghurt, water or milk a tablespoon at a time until you get a consistency that you like.
STORE in the fridge. Make in double or triple batches and store in glass jars in the refrigerator for a grab and go breakfast or snack.
SERVE as is or top with fruits, coconut chips, cacao nibs, goji berries, or whatever you love. Add honey or maple syrup or dried fruit if you need more sweetness.
*IF USING YOGHURT you may need to thin it out as Kefir has a more liquid consistency. Add a little water until the yoghurt becomes a pouring cream-like consistency then proceed with recipe.
