BLEND all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If your machine is single-serve, blend in batches.
TASTE and adjust the texture by adding more water if too thick.
SERVE with a sprig of flowering basil or tulsi. You can chop the leaves finely and stir through the smoothie too.
