Oil-free Orange Vinaigrette

An oil-free, low-calorie salad dressing that is versatile pairing well with different salads, vegetables, grains and legumes.  Raw apple cider vinegar has many proven health benefits as a fermented food; oranges have flavonoids, vitamin C and calcium are naturally sweet and uplifting.

  • 1 orange juiced
  • 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or white balsamic
  • ½ tsp salt | dulse
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method

 

Oil-free Orange Vinaigrette

 

SHAKE all ingredients together vigorously in a glass jar with the lid on.

 

TASTE and adjust seasoning. 

 

STORE in a glass jar in the fridge and shake well before using.
