  • 1 cup water - hot

Method

Mint Tea 

 

FRESH MINT TEA – infuse sprigs of fresh mint in hot water.  Infuse 5 – 30 mins

 

SERVE as a after-meal digestive.  DRINK when you have a headache, fever, are feeling a little low & slow and need a boost or have some sugar cravings you are working through.
