WASH lettuces, dry with a towel or gently use a salad spinner.
REMOVE cut, peel whole leaves slowly and careful from the plants stem base – try not to tear.
SERVE in bowls and use as you would tacos, wraps, tortillas.
STORE washed leaves wrapped in a dishtowel in the fridge to help keep them crisp.
