Method

How to make Leaf & Lettuce Tacos|

 

WASH lettuces, dry with a towel or gently use a salad spinner.

 

REMOVE cut, peel whole leaves slowly and careful from the plants stem base – try not to tear.

 

SERVE in bowls and use as you would tacos, wraps, tortillas. 

 

MEAL IDEAS Great with Smoky Black Beans + Guacamole with Mediterranean Mung Bean Salad or served with dips instead of chips. Extra virgin olive oil + sea salt or our Simple Lemon Vinaigrette.  

 

STORE washed leaves wrapped in a dishtowel in the fridge to help keep them crisp.
