Berry Platter

  • 1 peach - small diced
  • 2 cup raspberries - red | black
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • herbal flowers to garnish
  • 1 tsp honey to drizzle - optional

Herbal Water

  • 8 cups water
  • 4 springs anise hyssop, tulsi, apple mint, basil
  • 3 calendula flowers

Method

Late-Season Berries & Flowering Herbal Water

WASH the berries, drain. ARRANGE artfully on your serving platter.

 

SCATTER over herbal flowers like apple mint, anise hyssop, tulsi, calendula, nasturtium, wood betony. 

 

SERVE salad as is or with Maple Mascarpone Cream + Coconut Macaroons.

 

STORE in the fridge covered.  You can make this salad in advance, adding herbal flowers just before you serve it.

 

 

Flowering Herbal Water

JUG, pitcher or half-gallon | 8 cup mason jar.

ADD herbal springs and flowers and top with water.

SERVE as a refreshing drink throughout the day, top-up water jug as your drink it.
