Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

A simple salad dressing that has warming and grounding qualities from the honey mustard and olive oil that is heart-healthy

  • 4-6 tbsp Olive Oil - extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp vinegar - white wine | white balsamic
  • 2 tsp honey mustard
  • ..... OR use .....
  • 2 tsp mustard - seeded | dijon
  • 1 tsp raw honey | maple syrup
  • ½ tsp salt


Honey Mustard Vinaigrette


SHAKE all ingredients in a jar with a lid really well.


TASTE adjust sweet, spicy + salt to your taste.


SERVE with leafy greens and grains, potato salad, Spring Quinoa Salad.  Mixed Baby Greens

GARLIC cloves 1-2 crushed are a great addition if you love them!


FRESH THYME leaves would be a great herbal addition. Thyme is a powerful anti-microbial.


MUSTARD you can use what you have and balance the sweetness with honey or maple syrup.
