Freshly dug potatoes and locally caught Bluefish marinated with seasonal herbs and garlic grilled ~ healthy summer alfresco dining at its best. I also grilled some broccolini that I steamed for a minute.
Bluefish is one of my very favourite fish! Due to its colour when raw, it gets a bad wrap, especially if you are not familiar with the fish ~ ask your fishmonger to advise you on freshness. Bluefish is excellent grilled, and unlike other white, more delicate fish, it can handle a herby and garlic marinade well; pair that with marinated and grilled potatoes, and you have yourself a simply fabulous meal!
