Herb Garden Hummus & Veggie Platter

This recipe is great to add to your weekly meal prep. I used a big can of chickpeas so that this recipe will last you a few meals.

 

Use whatever garden herbs you have and love – to keep this recipe low fat and more affordable, I have used water instead of olive oil; you can adjust the recipe ingredients to your taste; the herbs and spices give this hummus great flavour.
