  • 2 cups puffed millet
  • 2 cups puffed quinoa
  • 2 cups puffed brown rice*
  • 1 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup goji berries - dried
  • strawberries to serve - sliced

Ideas to add

  • 1 cup unsweetened raw coconut chips
  • 1 cup rolled oats - toasted
  • 1 cup cereal flakes - sugar free
  • 1 cup dried currants
  • 1 cup dried fruit - finely dice
  • ½ cup sesame seeds - toasted
  • ½ cup raw cacao nibs
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • Hemp seeds when serving

Goji Sunflower Cereal with Strawberries


MIX all cereal ingredients together in a big bowl or glass storage jar.


SERVE 1 cup cereal blend + 5 sliced strawberries in a small bowl. 


STORE in an airtight container or glass jar;  this stores really well so you can double up the recipe; shake well to mix before serving.
