Garlic Scape Butter

A fun and simple seasonal treat to bring to your table and a great way to use up those gorgeous garlic scapes!

  • ½ cup | 1 stick butter
  • 1-2 tbsp garlic scapes - fine sliced
  • pinch sea salt flakes


Garlic Scape Butter


BUTTER bring to room temp, so it is soft.


WASH & dry your garlic scapes + very finely slice.


MIX garlic scape slices evenly through butter + a good pinch of sea salt in a bowl or serving dish.


SERVE w/ Healthy Carrot Cornbread, corn on the cob, make garlic bread or toss with new potatoes.


STORE covered in the fridge.  This recipe freezes well.
