Flavoured Yoghurt

• wholefood • sustainable • affordable • sensible • sugar-free + additive-free

How to make your own Flavoured Yoghurt!  Little tubs of flavoured yoghurts are FULL of sugar + additives; they are expensive & not at all sustainable.

Buy large tubs of plain yoghurt Plant-based or Dairy – as you like – and blending them yourself with fruits, vanilla, coconut, or chocolate is much more affordable and sustainable.  Better still, make your own yoghurt –  a project to consider for the future…..
