Tips + Suggestions

STRUGGLE TO DRINK ENOUGH WATER, then try this!  I have given this to many people who struggle to drink enough water or don’t like to drink water; this helps.  Especially for those trying not to drink sugary drinks, the flavours here help with sugar cravings.

KEEP HYDRATED by making a jug of herbal water; leave it on the table or counter so you see it and drink it throughout your day.

MAKE-AHEAD split ingredients between 2cup size mason jars and store in the fridge for up to 2days to help you herbally hydrate.

TO YOUR WATER BOTTLE, add a few cucumber slices and a small sprig of mint to help keep you hydrated.
