Simple Crispy Salad
WASH & spin baby lettuce leaves. If using Iceberg lettuce slice in 12 wedges then slice wedges across in ½. If using Romaine cut in quarters then chop ¼ wedges across into ⅓s.
WASH peel + slice purple radish + carrot into julienne | matchstick style – see photos for knife skills,
IN A SALAD BOWL toss all ingredients together gently.
STORE without any dressing in an airtight container in the fridge. Dressed salad will go soggy when stored.
*LETTUCES use crispy baby leaves OR Iceberg Lettuce or Romaine or any crispy salad greens you have.
SWAP purple radishes for any radish. You do not have to peel smaller red radishes.
ADD fresh herbs like chives + sliced vegetables like celery
