Chive & Thyme Herbal Dressing

A delightful, quick and simple herbal dressing made with fresh Chive & Thyme leaves & a touch of maple. A true food as medicine recipe.  If your chives and thyme are in flower, add the blossoms; they are lovely in this mix.

  • 4 tbsp chive leaves - fine chop
  • 2 tbsp thyme leaves - fine chop
  • 4 tbsp vinegar- apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil | orange juice
  • ½ tsp sea salt | dulse
  • 10 grinds black pepper - ¼ tsp.

Chive & Thyme Herbal Dressing

 

ADD all ingredients to a mason jar, salad dressing bottle or bowl.

 

SHAKE well with the lid on or whisk until combined.

 

TASTE adjust to your liking.

 

STORE covered in the fridge; shake well before serving.

OIL-FREE you can make oil-free by using water instead of olive oil; the flavour and consistency will change.
