Chinese Soy Glazed Mushroom & Tofu Stir Fry

A deeply flavourful and nourishing bowl of pan-seared mushrooms, tofu and vegetables with a delectable Chinese-style soy sauce glaze. The molasses in the sauce gives this dish depth of flavour and iron-rich minerals perfectly complimented by the warming spices and array of textures from the different vegetables and tofu.
