Breakfast Berry Smoothie Bowl
WASH and peel the orange and banana.
ADD the mixed berries, orange and banana and water into a blender jug and blend until smooth. If too thick to blend, add a dash more water but keep it thick enough to eat with a spoon.
SERVE smoothie in bowls. Top with defrosted berries and scatter with sunflower seeds and cacao nibs. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey if you need a little sweetness.
IF you are drinking it as a smoothie and it is too thick, add more water.
