Blueberry Oat Milk

A smart and swift instant morning milk that is vibrant with anti-oxidants and a smooth blueberry flavour.  Blending frozen blueberries with oats and water makes a “not slimy” cold oat milk ready in under a minute!

 

This recipe is a fun, affordable and sustainable approach to waste-free, plastic-free and plant-based.  Unlike other plant-based milk, this recipe does not require sieving, straining or squeezing in nutbags – blend and enjoy.

  • ½ cup blueberries - frozen
  • 2 cups water | milk
  • 2-3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla - optional

Method

Blueberry Oat Milk

 

ADD all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend for 1min until smooth + creamy. 

 

TASTE – blend a little more if there is any texture – add vanilla if you want to add flavour.
