Method

Blueberry Citrus Salad

 

WASH citrus.  Cut off peel using a bread style knife.  Cut into thin wedges.

 

ARRANGE wedges around a platter.

 

SCATTER with fresh Blueberries

 

SERVE as is.  Serve with yoghurt of your choice or Quinoa Parfaits.

 

GARNISH with herbal flowers – rosemary, sage, daylily, calendula, forsythia, basil.

 

STORE in the fridge covered.
