Blueberry Chia Parfait
BLEND blueberries + water | milk until smooth. TASTE add honey or maple or vanilla to taste.
POUR into serving glasses or a mason jar. STIR in chia seeds & sit until thickened for 5 – 10 mins.
SERVE topped with fresh berries.
STORE in a glass container with a lid in the fridge.
YOU CAN put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust thickness once chia thickens.
USE MILK | YOGHURT | KEFIR – use what you like; the thickness consistency will vary – add milk | water when it is too thick.
