Berry Tempeh Smoothie

This is a great smoothie when made with Tooties Tempeh which has a lovely creamy, smooth and mild flavour.

I have never tried this recipe with other tempeh brands, which can have bitter, pungent and acidic flavours. An immune-supportive food as medicine smoothie rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, probiotics, pre-biotics and plant protein.
