  • ¼ pineapple - sliced + diced
  • 1 - 2 oranges
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries


Berry Pineapple Salad


WASH all the fruit.  Peel + cut pineapple in ½ – cut  ¼ into slices then pieces


CUT oranges peel off using a bread style knife.  Cut into thin wedges.


ARRANGE pineapple pieces + oranged wedges around a platter.


SCATTER with fresh berries


SERVE as is.  Serve with Vanilla Coconut Quinoa, yoghurt of your choice or nuts & seeds.


STORE in the fridge covered.
