Chef Hat Icon Chef tips + Ingredient Swaps + Ideas

SWAP frozen mixed berries for any berries you like.  I like to use frozen they are more budget-conscious + eco-conscious when it comes to those small plastic berry packets + often much better quality as they are picked and immediately frozen. When the berries melt, they create a gorgeous berry juice that mixes beautifully with the muesli – so you don’t need to add milk or other flavours.

*COCONUT – use shredded or desiccated unsweetened coconut OR crushed coconut flakes

ADD 2 tbsp Super Seed Mix to amp up the digestive + hormone balancing goodness.

ADD chopped walnuts, pecans, cashew pieces.

SWAP raisins for currants, sultanas, cranberries, golden berries, blueberries, apricots, dates or any other dried fruit you like!
