Basil Dip with Cauliflower & Carrot Crudite

A seasonal vegetable snack platter that is perfect for sharing.  This dip is a great recipe to use up all that end of season basil which can become quite potent with a robust anise-bitter flavour note; both the sour cream and vinegar help balance those flavours.

 

You can make this recipe using dairy or plant-based sour cream. Try my Cashew Sour Cream – scoop out all but 1 cup, then add the basil etc.
