  • 8 cups salad greens*
  • 1 cucumber - thinly sliced
  • 1 kohlrabi - peel + thinly sliced
  • ½ cup chives - sliced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar | glaze
  • 4 chives flowers - optional

Method

 

Balsamic Cucumber & Kohlrabi Salad with Chives

 

WASH all your salad greens – a salad spinner is an excellent bit of a kitchen kit!

 

THINLY slice cucumber on a diagonal. Peel & slice kohlrabi julienne | matchstick. Slice chives.

 

TOSS salad ingredients together, drizzle with balsamic glaze or balsamic vinegar & garnish with chive flower petals.

 

STORE salad un-dressing in the fridge in a glass container with a lid.
