Apple Cider Vinegar Water Drink

Raw & unpasteurized apple cider vinegar water drink is an ancient food as medicine.  Deeply rooted in holistic healthcare, this drink is believed to have many health benefits.    Modern-day science has “proven” it helps boost metabolism, is good for our gut microbiome, alkaline, blood sugar balancing, and LDL cholesterol-reducing food.


My great-grandfather lived a full life; he was a beekeeper, master vegetable grower and an advocate for drinking ACV daily with water & honey.  I have a powerful memory of him giving me a sip of his “tonic” when I was very young,  the odd but pleasant taste, how I liked it and how he chuckled with surprise that I did…  I started drinking ACV daily when I started buying my own food and still do to this day.  I most often drink it in the morning in place of Lemon Water.  I also find it a nice little 3 pm pick-me-up; in the warmer months, I make fruit shrubs using raw apple cider vinegar as a cooling, refreshing sip.

MIX 1-2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar in water.   

                          *Vinegar bottle cap = 1 tsp – so use 2 caps  = less washing up!
