Apple, Celery & Oak Leaf Lettuce Salad

Crispy apple & celery slices, red + green oak leaf lettuces topped with walnuts and thyme sprigs—a fresh & simple autumnal salad.

I like to serve this with my lemony dijon mustard salad dressing, as it adds a little warmth to aid digestion.  It tastes great sprinkled with walnuts, Immune Supportive Seed Snack or toasted nuts, shaved hard cheeses or crumbled soft cheeses.
