Infused waters make for a delicious, refreshing, healthful way to help keep you hydrated.  Anise hyssop is a beautiful aromatic perennial plant, a member of the mint family and much loved by pollinators.

Anise Hyssop leaves, and flowers are edible and medicinal with a lovely light, almost sweet minty anise flavour and have digestive, anti-viral and uplifting tonic herbal properties.
