LYLA'S BLENDS Project Highlight
I developed an enteral daily meal kit of three recipes made with real food-as-medicine ingredients for children with feeding tubes. My formulations meet paediatric macro- and micronutrient requirements in line with dietary regulations, while intentionally supporting digestion, gut health, brain development, immune function, and sustained energy.
In collaboration with Green Geans and Lyla’s Blends, we designed, developed, cooked, freeze-dried, and milled one of the most nutrient-dense products in this category. High-quality, chemical-free, sustainably grown ingredients are integral to our vision, with a strong focus on local Maine-grown and regional regenerative sourcing.
