Method

Orange Rosemary Water

JUG, pitcher or half-gallon | 8 cup mason jar.

 

ADD orange slices, rosemary sprigs and top with water.

 

SERVE as a refreshing drink throughout the day, top-up water jug as your drink it.

 

STORE Refresh herbs and orange in a clean water jug every 24 hours.

Tips + Suggestions

STRUGGLE TO DRINK ENOUGH WATER then try this!  I have given this to many people who both struggle to drink enough water or don’t like to drink water this helps.  Especially for those trying not to drink sugary drinks, the flavours here help with sugar cravings.

MAKE-AHEAD split ingredients between 2cup size mason jars and store in the fridge for up to 3days to help you herbally hydrate.
